$SOON Recovery Plan

In response to the recent price manipulation incident, the SOON Foundation is launching a new governance proposal, covering a series of immediate actions aimed at restoring market confidence, reducing supply pressure, and reaffirming our commitment to the long-term growth of the $SOON ecosystem.
 

1. Token Burn Plan – 3% of Total Supply

We will be permanently removing a total of 30,000,000 $SOON tokens (3% of total supply) from circulation.

- Roughly 7,700,000 $SOON (~0.77%) from the unclaimed airdrop allocation (currently held in this wallet: Dpcgon3xvS1Cv6jqZekBaWskfg4cQxKauW4QzGuPVLvv )will be burnt within the next few days
- The remaining 22,300,000 $SOON will be repurchased from centralized exchanges and burned in the coming days.

This initiative is designed to directly reduce available supply and support price stability in the face of recent market volatility.

2. Community AMA Next Wednesday

To maintain transparency and open communication, we’ll be hosting a Twitter AMA next Wednesday featuring our founder Joanna and Head of Marketing Henry.

They’ll walk through the full recovery plan and answer any questions from the community.

3. On-Chain $SOON Buyback Product (In Development)

In parallel, we are building a new on-chain product that will enable the SOON Foundation to periodically repurchase tokens directly from holders—a mechanism to further strengthen support and reduce circulating supply over time.

As part of our commitment to decentralization and community empowerment, we are preparing to launch the $SOON Governance System. This will enable token holders to participate in key decisions shaping the future of the SOON ecosystem—from treasury allocations to protocol upgrades and ecosystem grants.
